My ex-wife and I divorced in St. Johns County, Florida, in 2016. Since then, she has been in contempt of our divorce agreement on multiple occasions. Is it better to file a single contempt of court motion listing all infractions, or should I submit separate contempt filings for each instance?
A competent FL attorney would know this best.

If OP had the budget for a lawyer, they might not be asking here. If you have any insights, please share something useful.
@Aubrey
I understand, but it’s a tricky question since it depends on factors like the jurisdiction, the judge, and state guidelines. A local family law attorney could give a more tailored answer. OP could consider consultation appointments with a few lawyers for guidance, though it may not fully resolve the question.
