How do I get my son’s father to pay child support?

I petitioned for full custody in Michigan. Currently residing in New Mexico, he occasionally travels to Florida to see his mother. I know where he works if his Facebook account is accurate. He is a bit of a moron. Tens of thousands of dollars are what he owes. refuses to interact with my child at all. It isn’t very pleasant. Despite my best efforts, nobody appears to be concerned that my child should be receiving this money. Even though I attempted to grant him joint custody, he failed to appear in court.

You must appear in court to obtain a child support order, but it appears that you have already done so. Don’t you just get in touch with them and tell them to take whatever legal action they need to, like rescinding his license or something similar, if he pays the state directly and he isn’t paying?
