Hi everyone …

Am reaching out because I need advice on how to file for visitation rights. Here’s a bit of my situation:

I’m a father of a 6-year-old son. His mother and I separated about a year ago, and unfortunately, things have been quite tense between us. Recently, she’s been restricting my access to our son, and I’ve only been able to see him sporadically. I want to ensure I can have regular, meaningful time with him, but I’m not sure how to go about legally securing visitation rights.
