I would get documentation first. Evidence that she’s keeping her out just because she doesn’t want to take her would be important.
I find it hard to believe any court will care about a few days off unless it’s unusually high. Tread carefully; if it looks like you’re bugging the court with petty issues, it could backfire.

This is the same court that told me to be quicker in filing violations.
You really need a lawyer. If you can’t afford one, consider services like LegalShield. Navigating these issues isn’t easy, even with a good lawyer.

I went through a show cause with a lawyer before, but this one I did Pro Se. Now, with the school issue, I want to pursue it.

LegalShield is affordable, and you can get a lot of info specific to your area. Just be careful not to come across as aggressive.
