Under what circumstances can visitation be denied to the non-custodial parent?
I usually find it funny when parents who have custody deny their non-custodial ex-partners visitation rights. In my experience as a legal document preparer, it is only the court that can issue orders to deny the non custodial parents the visitation rights.
The denial of visitation to a non-custodial parent typically occurs in specific situations where the child’s well-being or safety is at risk.
