Hi everyone, I’m attending a visitation funeral for a close family friend tomorrow and I’m unsure what type of shoes would be appropriate. I want to be respectful and comfortable, but also look presentable. Should I stick with dress shoes, or would something else be suitable? Any recommendations on what to wear, considering I’ll be standing and walking a bit? Thanks in advance for your advice!
For a visitation funeral, opt for shoes that are respectful and understated. Short heels (around an inch or less) or dark-colored flats are suitable. Avoid high heels to maintain comfort and decorum.
