How can I prove parental alienation?

I’m really worried about parental alienation with my kids. I feel like my ex is trying to turn them against me, but I’m not sure how to prove it. Has anyone dealt with this? Any tips would be awesome!

That’s tough… I’ve been through something similar. Document everything!

What do you mean by document? Like keep notes?

Yep! Write down conversations or situations where you see it happening. It helps a lot.

Have you talked to a therapist? They can help you and your kids navigate this.

That’s a good idea. I didn’t think about involving a professional.

Yeah, they can provide evidence of alienation too if needed.

You might also want to gather witness statements. People who see the interactions can help.

That makes sense! I have a friend who’s noticed it too. Should I ask them?

Definitely! Their perspective could really support your case.

I’ve read that keeping a journal of your time with the kids can be useful too.

What do you write in it? Just daily stuff?

Yeah, include any changes in their behavior or things they say about your ex.
