No-contest divorce in Tennessee with assets?

We have one grown child, one teenager still at home. Not real property as we sold our house a few years ago and are currently renting. Tennessee offers pre-made no-contest divorce agreements for this situation, even with children. However, one of the six “knock-out” questions is: “Does either spouse have a pension or retirement plan? This includes any retirement except Social Security.” Both my wife and I have individual IRAs, and she has either a 401k or some other type or retirement plan at work. So apparently we cannot use these forms. Neither one of us want to contest the others retirement accounts or savings though. We just want to keep what is in each of our names and move on. What us the best way to get a “real” divorce agreement drafted up without spending an excessive amount of money?

If you guys have everything figured out, it will be minimal lawyer fees. In PA we have mediation. You sit and hash everything out with each one lawyer. We took one session. Did we have lawyer fees but never went before a judge.

Get a lawyer that specializes in no muss no fuss mediated divorces. They aren’t hideously expensive and can file all the appropriate paperwork.
